Assessment Report
The assessment report includes the following observations made at the time of assessment. They may include the following
- Temperature and humidity
- Location and approximate quantity of visible mold.
- Presence of a musty odor.
- Moisture meter readings and their implications
- Thermal Imaging camera readings and their implications.
- Defects that have promoted water penetration.
Results of sampling.
- The lab report will be attached to the assessment with contact information to discuss results directly with lab technician.
Mold Testing Long Island NY Remediation Plan
- A remediation plan is the recommended scope of work to eliminate the mold from the house. This work should be performed by a licensed mold remediator. This scope of work can be intensive or very simple and straight forward based on the extent of the problem.
